We are currently recruiting for an Office based Customer Service Trainee Coordinator

This role offers great career opportunities to the right individual, taking on the following responsibilities:
• Resolving simple customer service issues, corresponding between customer and suppliers to ensure our customers’ needs are met.
• Managing Service Issues for faulty products.
• Informing customers of delivery dates.
• Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
• Answering and dealing with the customer service phone extension.
• Maintaining and upgrading the company's customer service protocols.
• Handling incoming customer service emails.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
• Have a good telephone manner.
• High organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritise own workload.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
Ideal for a candidate looking for an opportunity to start their career within an office administration environment. Full training on the role will be provided.
- Type of position: Full time with immediate start
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
- Salary: £18,525 to £22,000 depending on experience”
