- After working all week and spending all day today getting the household in order, it's time to blow of some steam. Throw on that dress you've been wanting to wear for months, put on those heels that makes your legs look amazing. Ladies, call your girls. Fellas, holla at ya boys. It's time to go dancing. Not only will you have a BLAST, but you're doing your body GOOD!

- Do you know you should drink HALF your body weight in water? So if you weigh 140 pounds, you should be drinking 70 ounces of water. That's a looooooot of water to drink. But by adding lemon,lime and/or cucumber slices it makes it is sooo much easier to drink that much water.
