🟠 On June 25, Batumi celebrated International Day of Seafarers, recognizing the dedication, courage, and hard work of seafarers who keep global trade moving and uphold Georgia's rich maritime tradition.
As one of the Black Sea's most important port cities, Batumi has always shared a strong connection with the sea. Sailors' Day is a reminder of the vital role they play in our economy, our history, and our community.
Thank you to all the seafarers whose commitment keeps the maritime world connected.
🟠 Everything begins with one question.
Where do you want to live?
Choosing an apartment is not just about comparing square meters.
It is a decision that shapes your daily life, your surroundings, and the feeling you experience when returning home.
That is why the second stage of the visit to OKTO ART HOUSE was dedicated to exploring the apartments.
The project offers various layout options, allowing you to choose a space that best fits your lifestyle.
However, modern living is not defined solely by the apartment itself.
The environment that shapes your everyday experience is equally important.
OKTO ART HOUSE brings together an art gallery, an art school, relaxation areas, modern commercial spaces, and well-developed infrastructure designed to create a comfortable and dynamic environment for residents.
Every detail at OKTO ART HOUSE has been thoughtfully created with these needs in mind.
When you begin to look at a project not as a visitor, but as a future owner, you start noticing every detail differently — the architecture, the organization of the space, the location, and the opportunities this place offers in your everyday life.
Ultimately, choosing an apartment is not just about purchasing real estate.
It is a choice about what kind of lifestyle your future will have.
