Dissolution and Object Community are collaborating to present the works of Jenny Käll for the first time in Georgia.

Jenny Käll works through a place and material-driven practice with sculpture, installation, text and video elements. Her work revolves around the human relationship to materials, places and landscapes, striving to get as close as possible to these things. Her installations can be seen as a poetic play on the border between object and body, figurative and abstract, constant and fleeting, where various materials are allowed to merge seamlessly into each other. Sculptures, objects and situations are organized to investigate their potential kinship.

Dissolution-ისა და Object Community-ის ერთობლივი ძალისხმევით საქართველოში პირველად გახდა შესაძლებელი ჯენი კელის ნამუშევრების წარდგენა.

ჯენი კელი მუშაობს ადგილსა და მასალაზე ორიენტირებული პრაქტიკის საშუალებით, რისთვის იყენებს სკულპტურის, ინსტალაციის, ტექსტისა და ვიდეოს ელემენტებს. მისი ნამუშევრები ეხება ადამიანის ურთიერთობას მასალებთან, ადგილებთან და ლანდშაფტებთან და ცდილობს მაქსიმალურად მიუახლოვდეს ამ ნივთებს. მისი ინსტალაციები პოეტურ თამაშად შეიძლება მოიაზრებოდეს, რომლის ზღვარიც გადის ობიექტისა და სხეულის, კონკრეტულისა და აბსტრაქტულის, მუდმივისა და დროებითის საზღვარზე, სადაც სხვადასხვა მასალები უზადოდ ერწყმიან ერთმანეთს. სკულპტურები, საგნები და სიტუაციები ორგანიზებულია მათი პოტენციური ურთიერთკავშირის გამოსაკვლევად.

I Love My Friends is a photography exhibition by New York City-based writer and DJ James Kettle. After living in Tbilisi for 6 months, he has captured the intensity and paradox of modern Georgian life. From Bolnisi to Bassiani (not pictured), Kettle documents the tourists, farmers, and club kids to create an interwoven tapestry challenging the often crude perceptions of Sakartvelo.
