We search for team members who will support an exciting startup expanding into European, Middle East and Asian markets.

We are looking for people who love to help people!
Our current role we are hiring for is to help new mothers find the best products for young children. The website of the products is available globally.

The company we are supporting is the 1st and largest online shopping site in the Middle East for mothers, baby and children.

Daily activities of the job:

Answer Calls, Emails, Chats from customers who would like to purchase a product from the website

Help new mothers compare products on the website to help them know what is the best product for them

Support with customer inquiries and raise service requests if they have any issues with the product

Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Keep up to date on website products to best support customer

Qualifications we are looking for:

Preferred: Mothers who have young children and love to help other mothers with baby and children products!

Must be able to speak English as the customers will be English speaking.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Having own laptop/pc is a must
Strong internet connection is a must
Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry will be an advantage.
Fluent English level is a must
Arabic language knowledge will be a huge advantage but not require

Monthly salary 800 GEL net + Bonus up to 300 GEL net
