This August, our Belgian partner organization - Voy'Agir is bringing together young people from Belgium, Georgia, France, and Hungary for an unforgettable journey of self-discovery and emotional empowerment together with us, EMINA Career Guidance Foundation and Murathènes🧘‍♀️

Erasmus+ youth exchange ZEN ZONE funded by the BIJ - Bureau International Jeunesse is all about tackling anger and anxiety head-on, sharing tools for emotional well-being, and building bridges across cultures. Through peer-to-peer learning, creative workshops, and nature-based activities, we will explore ways to manage stress, embrace clarity, and create lasting friendships.

🌍 Georgian Youth Empowering Voices at First Experimental Public School! 🎤

On October 2, 2024, four enthusiastic youth—Sandro Turmanidze, Maka Koridze, Mariam Gagnidze, and Natali Ermolovi - held an inspiring session at the First Experimental Public School in Tbilisi as part of their follow-up activity from the Erasmus+ project "I Am Everyone Else: Empowering Youth Voices."🇮🇹✨

They shared their transformative experiences from Brescia, Italy, talked about youth empowerment, and introduced the students to Erasmus+ opportunities for personal growth and learning abroad. 🌱🌍

🌍✨ Youth Solving Challenges with Creative Thinking!

🌍💡 At our Erasmus+ youth exchange in Brescia, Italy, "I Am Everyone Else," we explored the power of creativity and communication through a unique clay challenge! 🎨

Each team had to create a sphere that perfectly fit a plate’s opening—but with a twist! They couldn’t touch or measure the plate while crafting. This activity showed how fresh perspectives and open minds can find unexpected solutions. 🌟 Sometimes, it’s the young and curious who think outside the box!

🌍🎨 Georgian youth in “I am Everyone Else" youth exchange in Brescia, Italy! 🇮🇹

In an inspiring workshop in Italy, young participants explored the power of youth empowerment and active citizenship through the lens of art! 🎭✨ By transforming words into lively artistic expressions, participants gained a deeper understanding of these key themes and found new ways to share their unique visions with the world.

The activity was a proof that art truly speaks louder than words! 💡🖌

📚🌍 Inspiring Global Learning in mountinious Georgia at Ghari Public School! ⛰️

The participants of the Erasmus+ Training Course "Identities In A Smile = Sense Of Humour In Intercultural Dialogue" which took place in Stepanavan, Armenia conducted a dynamic dissemination session at Ghari Public School, Oni municipality of Georgia. The session was a fantastic blend of learning, interaction, and creativity, divided into three engaging parts and gathered 10th, 11th and 12th graders from mountainous remote part of Georgia - Ghari Village.

Part 1: Exploring Erasmus Plus 🌐
The session began with an introduction to the Erasmus+ programme, highlighting its objectives and the incredible opportunities it offers to students and educators. Personal experiences from the training course in Stepanavan, Armenia, were shared, focusing on intercultural exchanges. Photos and videos were showcased to give attendees a clear picture of the learning environment and cultural interactions experienced.

Part 2: Sociometry Activities 🤝
We then moved on to sociometry activities, co-facilitated in hybrid format by both participants of the training. These activities fostered group dynamics and strengthened interpersonal relationships among students. The exercises highlighted the importance of collaboration and empathy, leaving a lasting impact on the participants.

Part 3: Theatre of the Oppressed 🎭
The final segment was all about the Theatre of the Oppressed, a powerful method that uses theatre for social and political change. Students were divided into groups to write and perform short scripts on topics relevant to their lives. This activity sparked creativity and offered a supportive platform for discussing real-life challenges.

Success and Inspiration 🌟
The session was a success, providing valuable insights and interactive learning experiences. It was an enriching opportunity to share the knowledge and skills gained from the Erasmus+ programme, and to inspire others to embark on similar educational and cultural exchanges.

“During the training, I explored Youthpass, sociometry, intercultural communication, humor style exchange, cultural humor norms, and Theatre of the Oppressed. The interactive sessions and engaging activities provided me with valuable tools for personal and professional growth. I learned the importance of cultural sensitivity and the power of humor and theater in fostering social change. This experience broadened my horizons and deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity.”

We are proud to see our participants gaining such valuable insights and skills that will undoubtedly contribute to promoting understanding and communication in diverse environments. 🌍✨
