Cinema Audio Society (CAS)

An eye-opening documentary, Bucks Harbor, directed by Pete Muller, explores the inner lives of the fishermen, young and old, and the emotional complexity of growing up in a community where a man’s worth is often defined by the strength of his back.

The film will have its world premiere at Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival on 14th of February.

In collaboration w/ Supervising Sound Editor/Re-recording Mixer Zach Seivers and Supervising Sound Editor Beso Kacharava.

⚡️ We’re looking for a Junior Sound Editor to join our Cinematics Department, working on in-game cinematics and narrative content for video games. ⚡️

This role is perfect for someone passionate about game audio, storytelling, and post-production who wants to grow within a professional cinematic pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit SFX and ambiences for cinematic sequences
- Support senior sound editors and sound designers
- Organize sessions, assets, and deliverables
- Assist with implementation-ready cinematic audio

Key Requirements:

- Basic experience with DAWs (Pro Tools preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and storytelling through sound
- Interest in video game cinematics and narrative content
- Team-oriented and eager to learn

❗Key Responsibilities
• Planning and coordinating administrative and operational processes;
• Creating, maintaining, and recording necessary documentation;
• Developing and implementing company internal policies and indicators (SOPs, KPIs);
• Managing and organizing documentation related to employees and vendors;
• Supporting local and international procurement processes in coordination with relevant departments;
• Overseeing the studio’s maintenance to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment (including monitoring and replenishing supplies);
• Ensuring proper inventory management;
• Participating in the organization of various types of events and meetings, as needed;
• Managing and reporting on projects when necessary;
• Maintaining effective communication with team members, internal and external partners, and representing the company in administrative matters;
• Performing other daily tasks and handling unforeseen issues within the scope of competence.

❗Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field;
• Prior experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles, preferably within the creative, media, or production industry;
• Experience using Google Workspace, visual collaboration tools, including Miro, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms;
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment;
• High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail, maintaining efficiency and confidentiality at all times.
