Big well done and thank you to everyone who entered our schools art competition this year! Here are a few snaps from the prize giving a few weeks ago.
We hit our 10,000th entry since launching the competition years ago and are so pleased to see children learning and engaging with nature, whilst having fun along the way. The amazing creativity and imaginative use of natural materials this year really impressed the judges - well done to our winners who's work is displayed along with all other entries at the Guille-Allès Public Library, Guernsey until the end of this month. We were proud to attend the Conservation Awards lunch yesterday alongside many brilliant groups (of all ages!) who are working hard on a variety of projects for environmental causes.
It was amazing to be in a room full of passionate, dedicated individuals and inspiring to know that together, we make a big difference for the environment across our Bailiwick.
