As one of our Guernsey Facilities Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple properties, ensuring that each site runs smoothly and consistently meets operational standards. From building maintenance and security to vendor management and health & safety compliance, you’ll be at the heart of creating positive, productive environments for our teams and clients.

✨ What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in facilities
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads across various locations
- Experience with external contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Exceptional teamwork and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to solving facility issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong budget management skills
-Flexibility to travel between properties as required

We are delighted to be supporting Age Concern Jersey re-launch their ‘Host a Bin’ campaign.
A wheelie bin will be located in each of our buildings in Jersey (5 Anley Street, Forum 3 & Forum 4) where tenants can donate unwanted items, such as clothes, shoes, accessories, bric-a-brac etc. This will provide much needed donations which will be recycled and re-sold to benefit the wonderful work of Age Concern Jersey.
