MEET THE TEAM - Advocate Mark Priaulx

Mark qualified as a Guernsey Advocate in 2016 and has a day to day focus in general practice with a predominantly local focus.

Mark has established a broad client base and assists individuals, families and businesses in dealing pragmatically with the legal requirements that arise in day-to-day life. Mark’s daily work is varied and includes advice on Will drafting, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate and Probate advice, Population Management and Employment law advice, and also includes advising on applications to the Royal Court for personal appointments such as Guardianship orders, Guernsey realty administration orders and liquor licences.

He is also able to advise in contentious matters such as estate disputes, building disputes, evictions and has experience in debt recovery including enforcing debts against real property through the customary law Saisie process.

Outside of work he is kept busy by his three young children and has a keen interest in local football, both coaching and playing when time allows.
