Summer is well underway, and fresh local produce is arriving every day.
The shelves are filling with Guernsey-grown tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, chillies, greens, herbs and much more, with new crops coming into season each week. As always, we’ll be sharing the latest arrivals through our newsletters and social media, so you can see what’s fresh, what’s tasting its best, and what’s only available for a short time.
Every purchase helps support the local growers producing food for our island, and we’re proud to provide a home for everything they harvest 💚

You can’t beat a fresh, locally grown Guernsey tomato. 🍅
Picked when it’s properly ripe, not artificially ripened after harvest. Grown in living soil, packed with flavour and nutrients, then travelling just a few minutes from the greenhouse to our shelves.
We’ve got tasters out in the shop today and over the weekend, so come and experience the difference for yourself. ❤️

Freshly picked plums 💜
Fresh in this morning from Helen. These beautifully juicy plums are grown without chemicals in her fruit orchard.
Many of the people who supply The Farm Shop are passionate home growers. They started by growing food for their own families and, through the shop, now have a way to share any extra with the wider community.
It’s one of the things we love most. Supporting local growers, whatever their scale, and making more clean, locally grown food available across Guernsey.

First delivery from Anneville Farm 🇯🇪
One of the things we’re most passionate about at The Farm Shop is supporting local growers.
Whenever we can, we’ll always choose produce grown here in Guernsey. But when something isn’t available locally, we look as close to home as possible.
And where closer than Jersey?
We’re excited to have started working with , a 48-acre organic farm that has been growing exceptional produce for decades. They’re doing incredible work, and we’re fortunate to have a farm of this scale and quality right on our doorstep.
We popped over to Jersey last month to visit the team and it was fantastic to see the farm in action, meet the people behind the produce, and learn more about how they grow.
At the moment, Guernsey doesn’t have organic vegetable production on this scale, so we’re delighted to be able to source from a farm that’s just across the water.
Our first delivery has arrived and includes the famous Jersey Royals, beautiful kale, spring onions, beetroot and even monk’s beard.
For us, it’s all about supporting growers who share our values and bringing you the best seasonal produce we can find, as close to home as possible.
