We just wrapped up an incredible Masterclass with Stanford Seed, and the energy was electric! Guided by the brilliant Rajan Patel Rajan Patel, we explored the reality of Design thinking: it’s rarely a straight line, it’s a messy, non-linear "squiggle" from Point A to Point B.

Here is how we navigated that journey:

The "Ta-da!" Rule: We threw out the fear of failure. Every time a mistake happened, we didn't apologize, we shouted "Ta-da!" to celebrate the learning moment.
AI-Powered Innovation: We integrated Artificial Intelligence into our workflow to supercharge ideation and rapid prototyping, proving that the future of African business is human-led and AI-enhanced.
The Listen-Think-Build Cycle: Using Rajan’s frameworks, we moved through deep empathy and strategic thinking to build solutions that actually scale.

By combining the "Ta-da!" mindset of celebrating mistakes with the rapid prototyping power of AI, we empowered our members to turn the "squiggly line" of innovation into a clear path for growth.
