On this Africa Day, 25th May, I reflect on what it truly means to build a digitally sovereign Africa.

At Ghana Digital Centres Ltd (GDCL), our mission is deeply aligned with the African Union's Agenda 2063 the blueprint for a prosperous, integrated and digitally connected continent.

The digital economy is already the fastest growing sector across Africa. And yet, millions of our people remain unconnected, underserved and excluded from the opportunities that technology affords. This is both our challenge and our calling.
