Reasons why we struggle with sexual sin

1. Lack of feeding on God’s presence daily

2. Not crucifying the flesh and walking in the Spirit. Remember you were redeemed from sin

3. Lack of intimacy with you spouse. (It is the antidote to flee from sexual temptation).

4. Tolerating sexual temptation
What we feed ourselves. Movies, videos with sexual content. Could be certain environments which trigger lust. Clubs, beach houses, some gyms. Know your sexual triggers. Avoid fueling your sexual desires

5. Minimizing the seriousness of sexual sin and minimizing the importance of self-control
