𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲, 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲

Behind every test paper is a story that many don’t see.
Before you get that paper on your desk, your 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 and even days 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩.

It’s not just about writing random questions. Teachers think hard about what to include, mixing easy and hard items, making sure it’s fair, and checking if each question truly measures what students learned.

Then 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙢 𝙙𝙖𝙮.
Students sit down, take their pens, and 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙞𝙣 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 15 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 even when the time given is two hours.
For many, it’s just another test.
But for the teacher, it’s days of effort turned into a few sheets of paper answered so quickly.

It can be tiring, but it also reminds teachers why they do it for learning, not for praise.

Teaching is about those small wins:
when a student smiles because they understood, when they remember a lesson from weeks ago, or when they realize they’re growing and improving.

𝗧𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀:
Your effort is never wasted. Every test you make shows your care, patience, and belief in your students.

𝗧𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Behind your 15 minutes of answering is your teacher’s days of hard work.
Value it. Respect it.
Every test is not just about grades, it’s about how much you’ve learned and how far you’ve grown.

It's because of our society. Our immediate society have reduced everything to money in the sense that if you have money in this country "you can do anything and get away with anything".

We've sacrificed our morals and professionalism for money and sadly, the hierarchy is singing the same song.

It's unfortunate but this is where we are.
