The power of the white jacket at the ongoing Ghana 2025

Sautéed cabbages and sweet corn with some spicy sesame oil and served it as an acompliment to roasted jacket sweet potatoes and wood fired smoked chicken with a sauce made with mamas love.

It was an honour for me to called upon to share culinary knowledge to chefs in training on "The Art of Grilling" The chefs in training were amazed at how dexterous the grilling method of cooking is. From building great flavours through qet marinades and dry rubs to heat and fire management culminating in beautiful and appetising platters of food.
