Our Country Managing Partner, Daniel Kwadwo Owusu has called for immediate diversification of the Ghanaian economy to generate substantial and sustainable employment opportunities. This strategic initiative is essential to address the rapid growth of the youth population in the country.

Speaking at the 10th Ghana CEO Summit and Expo, focused on the theme, "Accelerating Ghana’s Economic Transformation: Driving Bold Reforms through Leadership, Technology, and Industrialization for Sustainable Growth." Mr. Owusu highlighted that digitalization plays a crucial role in creating jobs to address unemployment. He also stressed the importance of prioritizing technical and vocational training and urged the government to treat the rising unemployment as a national issue.

The summit provided an important platform for thought leaders, policymakers, academia, and captains of industry to engage in conversations that will shape the future of business and foster sustainable growth across the Ghanaian economy.
