We are Somewhere Nice
Our roots take us back in 1999, when Mathias Schwender, an enterprising and imaginative student of theology who has a weakness for antique furniture and old buildings, founded Bohemian Hostels in Prague. His vision was to bring together travelers from all over the world under one friendly and quality based roof, that when he opened Sir Toby’s.
Today, Bohemian Hostels has evolved into a dynamic enterprise providing accommodation for groups and single travelers with four hostels in Prague. These concepts and values have now extended from Prague and Europe to Accra, Ghana by establishing the hostel somewhere nice.
Our philosophy at Somewhere Nice is to give people a home in a foreign place. We wish to provide a home base in a unique environment, encourage exploration of new a culture, and provide a link between the traveler and the local community.
