A new firm is requesting the services of a front desk person/secretary for internship.

The applicant should:
• Be between the ages of 18-25
• Be a welcoming personality by appearance
• Be able to engage and hold the attention of clients
• Be innovative and creative
• Be timely on deliverables
• Be able to work without supervision
• Stay within the environs of Lapaz, Kwashieman, Awoshie, Mallam.

No prior experience is required.

The applicant must:
• Be fluent and expressive with the English language
• Be versatile
• Learn quickly
• Be able to perform basic Microsoft Office necessities

Main duties will include:
• Placing and receiving calls
• Cold calls
• Managing clients
• Creating and proposing activities in the office for the public
• General office management
• Working alongside the CEO and Operations
