Forget about a person's failure in the past and focus on their potential in the future. Ask; what is special, wonderful and unique about this person! How can I show it to others! Do it! Backup your high opinion of a person with action that reinforces that opinion. Many people go farther they thought they could go because someone else believed that they could, and told them so.
