A week ago,I made a post about a widow leaving here with two brilliant girls
By God’s grace a cheerful giver opted to support her roof their small house again to prevent the rains from disturbing since renting in Accra isn’t easy.Helping her roof everything again will be helpful and take of the burden of thinking when it’s cloudy.
It was sent to her to fix it,I will follow up and update you all

WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Not to forget my widows who find it difficult to get on their feet after the demise of their partners
This causes emotional breakdown,stigmatization and discrimination leading some to psychiatric hospitals and taking anti-psychotic drugs
Some conditions can be schizophrenia,depression etc.
Others develop suicidal thoughts especially when they loose emotional control and support from families as well as loose properties
