An ice popsicle is a water or milk-based quiescently frozen snack on a stick. Unlike ice cream or sorbet, which are whipped while freezing to prevent ice crystal formation, an ice pop is frozen while at rest and becomes a solid block of ice. The stick is used as a handle to hold it. Without a stick, the frozen product is known as something else. Ice pops can also be referred to as a popsicle, freezer pop, ice lolly, ice pop, ice block, icy pole or ice drop.

At Popsicles Yum Ghana we want to give you a lovely feel of ice cream or ice lolly in a more healthy option. Using locally grown fruits to create different variants for you to munch on.
