PIWC Tema Empowers 185 BECE Candidates with Gifts and Godly Resolve

In a heartwarming display of community support, the School Outreach Ministry of PIWC Tema, in partnership with the church, blessed 185 BECE candidates from Tema Community 7 No.1 and No.2 Basic Schools with essential learning materials and cash donations. Each student received mathematical sets, pens, rulers, and other supplies to fuel their exam preparation, alongside financial aid to ease family burdens ahead of this critical milestone.
Pastor Samuel K. Koomson delivered a brief but powerful exhortation themed “Daniel Resolved,” drawing from the biblical story of young Daniel’s zeal and commitment to excellence in a challenging world. “Just as Daniel resolved not to defile himself but to pursue God’s best, you too must resolve for excellence over mediocrity,” Pastor Koomson urged the excited students. “Work hard, stay focused, and trust God for victory—your future shines brightly!”
On behalf of the School Outreach Ministry, a heartfelt prayer was raised for divine wisdom, success, and protection over the candidates. This annual gesture from PIWC Tema underscores the church’s ongoing commitment to nurturing the next generation in its catchment area, equipping them not just with resources, but with faith-fueled determination.
