🌿✨ Collecting Sacred Moments — Heal the Healers Retreat @ Ahoto Healing & Wellness Home ✨🌿
What a blessing it has been to hold space for such powerful souls.
The Heal the Healers Retreat reminded us that even those who pour into others must pause, rest, and refill their own cup.
Here at Ahoto Healing & Wellness Home, we witnessed laughter, tears, deep stillness, and transformation.
Together, we breathed, released, danced, and remembered — that healing is not an event, it’s a return home to the Kra (Soul).
From sunrise meditations by the Atlantic Ocean, to herbal detox baths, sound baths, ancestral veneration, and nourishing Kra Food Flow meals — every moment was medicine.
We give thanks to the Divine, the Ancestors, the Elements, and every heart that showed up to heal and be healed.
May the vibration of peace, contentment, and freedom (Ahoto) continue to flow through each of you.
Ewusi! Asè! Namaste.

First of all, thank you to all who attended last week's Tsetse Akom: Awakening the kra (soul) through ancient Akan practice.
It was our first one and the turnout was GREAT! We're continuing this Sunday with lessons on how to use libations, how to manifest with Akom tools at your altar, and how to use hapé (South American sacred s***f you can integrate into your practice).
If you missed last week's introductory class or you want to review, you can purchase the recording on Patreon through this link:

We've put recordings behind a paywall so that we can fuel this project and buy the necessary tools and technology to offer some services for free to the community. Thank you for your donations!

A Flowtarian is someone who eats, fasts, and lives in alignment with the natural rhythms of their Kra—the soul’s divine essence—rather than following external rules, diets, or trends.
What is a Flowtarian?
A Flowtarian:
• Flows with Intuition: Listens to the inner voice of the Kra to guide what, when, and how to eat.
• Honors Ancestral Wisdom: Follows traditional food practices like seasonal eating, herbal healing, and fasting with the moon and sun.
• Lives Elementally: Aligns nourishment with the four elements:
• Water (Nsu): Coconut water, herbal teas, juice
• Fire (Oja): Sun foods, heat-producing herbs
• Air (Nframa): Breath-centered fasting and eating
• Earth (Asaase): Grounding roots, greens, and plant medicine
• Uses Food as Medicine: Every leaf, fruit, and herb is chosen for its energetic and spiritual impact—not just taste or trend.
