Celebrating Employee Excellence: Stephen Nunoo Is Now a Chartered Accountant!

Cleanearth is proud to celebrate Stephen on achieving the prestigious Chartered Accountant certification. This milestone reflects his dedication, discipline, and the excellence he consistently demonstrates. 

When asked about his Cleanearth journey, he had this to say: 

“I joined Cleanearth as a contract Finance Associate when the company was migrating financial data from Excel into a new accounting software. The team needed support to strengthen the finance function, so I stepped in to assist."

"I met the CEO, Ekow Archer, had a conversation, and he trusted my potential enough to offer me the role. That belief in people is one of the things that defines Cleanearth’s culture.”

“After six months, I transitioned from contract staff to full-time Finance Associate. From there, I contributed to shaping the finance department, strengthening internal processes, and supporting the company’s growth. Over the years, my role evolved from Associate to Financial Accountant and ultimately to Manager, Finance & Accounting.”
