💼20 hour per week contract working as a host for E1 Suites & Spa.

What you’ll be doing:
• Welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth
• Managing check-ins, keys, parking access & guest flow
• Handling guest communication via digital systems & in person
• Coordinating with spa, café, housekeeping & management teams
• Supporting reservations, payments & service requests
• Overseeing parking operations and inventory control
• Identifying sales opportunities across all services
• Ensuring safety, compliance & operational standards are met
• Reporting maintenance and H&S issues promptly
• Supporting smooth day-to-day hotel operations

What we’re looking for:
• Strong English communication (additional languages a plus)
• Exceptional customer service mindset
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with POS / CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
• Able to take initiative and lead in absence of management
