Glenn has been part of the Argus team for 11 years, starting his career as a Personal Lines Underwriter developing into his current role as Underwriting Manager, where he oversees both the Underwriting and Customer Service teams.

Throughout his time with the company, Glenn has held several underwriting roles, taking on increasing responsibilities and developing the leadership skills that supported his progression into management. He is proud to be part of an organisation that has invested in his development and provided opportunities for career growth.
