We are looking for an experienced and motivated financial crime professional to lead our Financial Crime Compliance function!

This senior leadership role will play a key role in protecting the Bank, maintaining an effective financial crime control environment, supporting sustainable growth and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 include:

👉 Act as the Bank’s Risk Steward for financial crime in the second line-of-defence.
👉 Lead and develop the Financial Crime Compliance team
👉 Own and maintain the Financial Crime Risk Management Framework.
👉 Provide independent oversight, challenge, and advisory support on financial crime risks.
👉 Report to senior management and regulators on financial crime, while acting as MLRO where appointed.
