A New Chapter for HM Customs Gibraltar

As HM Customs Gibraltar withdraws from Four Corners following the commencement of the new Treaty arrangements, we pause to reflect on an important chapter in our history.

Today, we pay tribute to every Customs Officer who has proudly served at the frontier since its reopening in 1982. Through decades of dedicated service, professionalism and unwavering commitment, they have safeguarded our community, protected our borders and upheld the law under ever-changing circumstances.

Whilst one chapter comes to a close, another begins.

HM Customs now enters a new era with the same values that have always defined our Service: dedication, integrity, professionalism, resilience and adaptability.

As our role evolves, so too does our commitment to protecting Gibraltar, facilitating trade, and meeting the challenges of the future with confidence and purpose.

To every officer, past and present, thank you for your service.

We were very excited to support The Nautilus Project's children's summer camp by hosting a dolphin spotting trip. We are delighted to have contributed to an educational and memorable experience, helping to inspire an appreciation for Gibraltar's unique marine environment among the next generation.
