Are you passionate about media, storytelling, and impactful communication? Teledal TV is expanding, and we’re looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic team!

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Presenters (On-Air Talent)
Bring life to our shows with your charisma and strong communication skills.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or related field, or outstanding communication talent. Experience in broadcasting or stage performance is a plus.

2. Reporters
Dig deep, tell powerful stories, and inform the nation.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Mass Communication with at least 10 years of experience. Strong skills in news gathering, interviewing, editing, and research is essential.

3. Camera Operators
Help us capture every moment in high quality.
Requirements: Diploma or certificate in TV production/photography, or equivalent hands-on experience. Must be technically skilled and adaptable to different equipment and setups.

4. Video Editors
Shape the final story with creative editing.
Requirements: Training in video editing or media production. Proficiency in editing software, strong attention to detail, and a solid editing portfolio required.

VACANCY AT DAYSPRING MODEL ACADEMY.

Dayspring Model Academy is a newly established Nursery, Primary, and Secondary school located in the vibrant community of Brusubi Phase 2, The Gambia. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality education that nurtures excellence and inspires young minds.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Teacher to lead our school with passion and dedication. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
2.) Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
3.) Foster a supportive and collaborative school culture among staff, students, and parents.
4.)Manage school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
5.) Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
6.) Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
7.) Promote professional development opportunities for staff.
8.) Engage with the community and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1.) Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
2.) Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3.) Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4.) Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
5.) Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
6.) Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive school environment.
