💫 Successful Completion of Today’s Training! 💫

We are excited to share that participants have successfully completed the Tolo Yogurt & Ice Cream Production Training, held today, 19th November 2025, at the Bakau Youth Center.

Each participant received a Certificate of Completion, awarded in partnership between Tolo Refreshment Center and Tolo Foods & Enterprise Academy (TFEA).

The training covered:
✔ Dairy base preparation & fermentation
✔ Flavor development and recipe creation
✔ Production processes & quality control
✔ Hygiene, safety, and packaging
