REPORT ON ENGLISH LEARNING AND ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES

Saturday, April 11, 2026 – Clapt-Guinée, Nongo (Near General Lansana Conté Stadium)

The New Millennium English Club (NEMEC) successfully organized another impactful and inspiring English learning session on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Clapt-Guinée, Nongo, near the General Lansana Conté Stadium.

As usual, activities commenced promptly at 1:30 PM with the presence of over 50 enthusiastic participants. The session was coordinated under the leadership of Mr Wahab, the Organizer, alongside other committed board members.

The first activity, Self-Expression, provided participants with the opportunity to come forward one by one to speak before the audience and confidently answer questions. This activity significantly boosted their confidence, fluency, and public speaking skills.

This was followed by a Teaching for Beginners session, led by a dedicated teacher, focusing on essential English vocabulary and expressions. This segment aimed at equipping beginners with practical tools to communicate effectively in everyday situations.

Next came Socialization, where participants engaged in interactive conversations with partners, fostering communication, networking, and real-life language use.

The session continued with an engaging Talk Show led by the prominent teacher, Mr Beros, who energized participants and encouraged them to speak freely on a given topic, further strengthening their speaking abilities.

A highlight of the day was the intervention of the Founding Father and President of the New Millennium English Club, Mr Hodor. He addressed the audience on the vision and mission of NEMEC, emphasizing the importance of English proficiency for personal and professional growth. His speech was warmly received with a standing ovation, as members expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn and practice English in Guinea.

Other enriching activities included Current News presentations, led by various correspondents, as well as games, riddles, storytelling, motivational speeches, translation, and interpretation exercises , all designed to make learning dynamic and enjoyable.

The session concluded with a vibrant debate, where participants passionately shared their opinions, demonstrating remarkable improvement in fluency and confidence.

The board members present included: Mr Wahab, Mr Ibrahim, Mr Bohye, Mr Boiro, and the President, Mr Hodor.

The session officially ended at around 6:00 PM. Participants were encouraged to always be punctual and to invite friends to future sessions in order to expand the learning community.

RAPPORT SUR LES ACTIVITÉS D’APPRENTISSAGE ET DE RENFORCEMENT EN ANGLAIS

Samedi 11 avril 2026 – Clapt-Guinée, Nongo (près du Stade Général Lansana Conté)

Le New Millennium English Club (NEMEC) a organisé avec succès une nouvelle session dynamique et inspirante d’apprentissage de l’anglais ce samedi 11 avril 2026, à Clapt-Guinée, Nongo, près du Stade Général Lansana Conté.

Comme à l’accoutumée, les activités ont démarré à 13h30 avec la participation de plus de 50 membres motivés, sous la coordination de M. Wahab, organisateur, accompagné des membres engagés du bureau.

La première activité, Self-Expression (Expression personnelle), a permis aux participants de passer un à un devant le public afin de s’exprimer librement et répondre aux questions. Cet exercice a considérablement renforcé leur confiance, leur aisance et leur capacité à parler en public.

Ensuite, une session de Teaching for Beginners (Cours pour débutants) a été animée par un enseignant, mettant l’accent sur les mots et expressions fondamentaux de l’anglais, afin d’aider les débutants à communiquer efficacement dans la vie quotidienne.

La troisième activité, Socialization (Socialisation), a permis aux participants d’échanger en binôme, favorisant la communication, les rencontres et la pratique réelle de la langue.

S’en est suivi un Talk Show, dirigé par l’éminent enseignant M. Beros, qui a stimulé les participants à s’exprimer librement sur un sujet donné, développant ainsi leurs compétences orales.

Un moment fort de la session a été l’intervention du Père Fondateur et Président du New Millennium English Club, M. Hodor. Il a présenté la vision et les objectifs de NEMEC, tout en encourageant les participants à tirer pleinement profit de cette plateforme. Son discours a été accueilli par une ovation debout, les membres exprimant leur gratitude pour cette opportunité unique d’apprendre et de pratiquer l’anglais en Guinée.

D’autres activités enrichissantes ont marqué la session, notamment l’actualité (Current News) présentée par plusieurs correspondants, ainsi que des jeux, énigmes, contes, discours de motivation, exercices de traduction et d’interprétation, rendant l’apprentissage à la fois ludique et efficace.

La session s’est achevée par un débat passionnant, où les participants ont exprimé leurs idées avec assurance, démontrant une nette amélioration de leur fluidité en anglais.

Les membres du bureau présents étaient : M. Wahab, M. Ibrahim, M. Bohye, M. Boiro, ainsi que le Président, M. Hodor.

La séance a pris fin aux environs de 18h00. Les participants ont été encouragés à être ponctuels et à inviter leurs proches aux prochaines sessions afin d’élargir la communauté d’apprentissage.
