Food teachers taught her the very basics of being a chef and how to push herself to exceed expectations.

Adamantia always wanted to work cooking on yachts around the Mediterranean, and M/Y FOR EVER was a great opportunity to do so. It combined her love of cooking and the sea, which was the dream.

To be honest, She doesn’t really have a favourite cuisine. She just likes to cook local food well.
She doesn’t have a signature dish either, but she enjoys cooking Traditional plates, classical French, modern English and Asian cuisine.
She gets the inspiration and ideas for menus, Just from walking around in markets, her imagination, local food, and the internet!

Adamantia prefers to use local ingredients when on charter.
She can manage special dietary requirements – vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. It really depends on the visitor’s eating.
Some kids eat like adults, however she always uses fresh organic products while cooking simple food.
She is always handpicking her ingredients from the best markets in every port.
It’s amazing for her, cooking for A-list visitors which she had always had in her mind.

These senses are all stimulated in different ways on a travel by our yacht "FOR EVER".

Vision is our strongest sense, and looking out into the sea distance has something magical about it. Looking at the distant horizon gives us a feeling of freedom. Behind the horizon lies the unknown, the undiscovered. If you gaze into the distance, it is easy to shrug off everyday life and build a distance between those mundane problems and the present moment in time.

Cruising with us, you also cover a lot of other aspects that help YOU to switch off. Lazing around and doing nothing, enjoying good food and drink, reading books and magazines, or wellness.
Views To Remember. One of our favorite reasons for yachting is the breathtaking views available. There are those endless views of the sea which can become even more iconic with that famous sunset.
Yachting with M/Y "FOR EVER" offers an unlimited supply of amazing sights and views of the seas and at the ports.

This is one of the desserts and cakes that Maira Zogopoulou - five-star pastry chef of M/Y FOR EVER yacht - prepared for the guests in this superb yacht, which has completely blown their minds and certainly ignited their mindful eating senses.

She always leave the cake, sit in front of the guests for a while, while they gaze at it and take in all the ingredients, admire the decorations and then think about the care and attention that the superyacht chef took to prepare this little morsel of delight just for them.

It’s a sign of respect to the Yacht Pastry Chef Maira, brilliance and her ultimate attention to detail!
