[Abnormal Frequency Statement]

In the age of normalcy, where being racist, sexist, homophobic,
transphobic and lots of other crap, is the norm, where money rules
everything either directly or indirectly, where human life has no
value apart from how much money it produces and where life is
forfeit if its TCO exceeds its created revenue, in a world of
false ideals and idols, where everything is absolutely fu***ng
WRONG, we are the Abnormal. And this is our Frequency.

Abnormal Frequency provides home to more... difficult sound, exclusively.
Genres: Industrial Techno/Hardtechno, Tekno/Hardcore, Speedcore, Noise and the occasional Dark Ambient/Experimental release.

Abnormal Frequency operates on the following strict policies, aiming for complete transparency and empowering artists:

1) Bandcamp exclusively. For many reasons.

2) A monthly copy of the label's financial stats will be sent to every actively participating artist.

3) Economic Policy: After release expenses (mastering, artwork, possible promo etc) are accounted for, the label keeps 10% and the remaining
90% goes entirely to the artist (or artists in the case of VAs).

4) The decision for promo expenses falls entirely on the artists. They can choose none or one of the available options. In the case of VA releases, all participating artists need to agree on the promo expenses.
Of course, if someone wants to run their own promos, they are always free to do so, as long as said promo has been approved by the label in terms of fitting Abnormal Frequency ideology.

5) The decision for the price of releases falls entirely on the artists but price will never exceed 8 Euro for an album/big VA or 4 Euro for an EP/small VA. "Pay-what-you-want" option is always available, of course, at the artists' discretion. But in this case the label will only cover the cost of mastering and artwork. Any desired promo would have to be handled by the artists themselves, but again has to be approved by the label in terms of fitting Abnormal Frequency ideology.

6) The label retains the right to immediately remove any release from the catalog and terminate any affiliation with any artist found to be in violation of the label's core principles. Abnormal Frequency will always be n**i, fascist and abuser free.
