What to do when you are trying to conceive?🤰🏻
Going through the process of getting pregnant is not always a smooth ride. Sometimes it does not just happen, and an extra effort, time, and lots of patience are needed. So how to help this process? Here are some tools which might help you to navigate through this process and stay in balance.
Take care of your body
Balanced diet:
Eat healthy nutritious food🥦🥕🥬🍎🫐🥝
Have a variety of food on your menu according to the needs of your body.
Move:
Walk daily, do any form of exercise which make you move🚴🏻♀️🏃♀️
Tune into your body:
Practice yoga. 🧘♀️🕉 This will enable you to feel and connect to your body on a deeper level and balance the body.
Breathe💨
Deep breathing enables all the systems of the body to work better. It also affects your mind, the deeper the breathing, the calmer the mind.
Relax💆🏻♀️
Use the techniques such as Satyananda yoga nidra practice. It is a technique of deep relaxation which allow you to release the tension on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
Meditate🧘🏻♀️
Meditation techniques allow you to relax and calm the mind. They allow you to become aware of your inner world, and find the best way to keep balanced and positive in daily life.
Regulate your lifestyle:
Balance the work – rest time 👩🏻💻
Set time for yourself only🧖🏻♀️
Be aware of the hours of sleep that you need daily💤
Remember that with all these changes you are helping yourself to keep in balance on the physical, mental and emotional level and that is the first step towards getting pregnant and bringing into the world healthy and happy babies. 👶🏼
