Business Pathways

The New HR Way Academy, our premium open training program for HR Managers, kicked off yesterday facilitated by Papadimitriou, Senior Coach and Managing Director of Business Pathways, and John Kollas, Board Member and Senior HR Thought Leader.

In a closed group with HR professionals from leading scaleups and corporations, and through interactive sessions, participants are trained in challenging HR topics, such as:

♦ discovering the real needs of a team, even when the manager struggles to pinpoint them accurately

♦ preparing a persuasive pitch for a new proposal, ensuring approval from the C-suite

♦ cultivating a feedback and accountability culture in their organization, promoting continuous improvement and development

♦ communicating difficult decisions and changes within teams, using strategies followed by thought leaders.
