At Peter & Paul’s Village, the design is not only about form, but above all about the atmosphere that will emerge through materiality, light, and the relationship with place.

Stone, warm light, courtyards, textures, and traditional references come together to shape a hospitality experience that feels familiar, grounded, and timeless.
A place designed not simply to be inhabited, but to be deeply experienced.

• SEALINE Residence •

The design of the fitness space was organized around the view, allowing the relationship with the sea to become an active part of the experience.
A space for exercise where function meets atmosphere, through light, materiality, and clarity in composition.

• Sealine Residence •

In the owner’s workspace, the design was organized around the view, positioning the desk to face the sea horizon.

Located in Voula, in immediate relationship with the coast, the space becomes a calm frame for focus, where architecture captures the landscape and brings the sea into the everyday experience of living. The darker material tones were intentionally selected to further highlight the luminous blue of the sky and the sea, allowing it to gain greater intensity, depth, and visual presence within the space.
