Villa Iris, a 300 sq.m contemporary home, is defined by clean lines, sculptural geometry, and a refined balance between strength and softness.

The double-height living area becomes the soul of the residence. A striking marble feature wall with bold bookmatch veining transforms the fireplace into a powerful focal point, anchoring the space with both warmth and character. Soft, curved furniture silhouettes contrast the architectural precision, creating a seamless dialogue between structure and comfort.
