Through Code.meUP powered by Kaizen Gaming, we had the opportunity to bring this vision to life, for the children of Kaizen Gaming employees. By integrating Code.meUP - a coding, digital and AI skills program for Kids & Teens delivered by Code.Hub - into its parental benefits, Kaizen Gaming creates meaningful value beyond the workplace - equipping young minds with future-ready skills.

Over a 5-month journey, young “Kaizeners”, from 6-year-old Explorers to 15-year-old teenage Innovators, completed 30 hours of hands-on learning across:

🔸 Coding & Algorithmic Thinking: From Scratch animations to Python game development
🔸 The Power of AI: Learning to create responsibly with Generative AI
🔸 Digital Literacy: Mastering the tools of the modern office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🔸 Soft Skills: Boosting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving

Seeing dozens of students across all age groups build their own projects from scratch was the ultimate reward.
