Synapsis Movement
Synapsis Movement aims at improving, athletic performance, postural habits and general quality of life through exercise and meditation.
A child engages in play because it is rewarded with pleasure, without knowing that this mechanism is programmed by nature to make it learn.
There is a natural tendency to learn which can only be fulfilled through play. Pleasure is the ultimate mechanism that the procedure of learning is being disguised and urges the child to meet its goal. Like hunger urges it to eat.
So yeah its bigger that just a set of moves, its playing, exploring, learning, being in flux.
