Last week, we hosted an internal AI Hackathon — a bold step toward reshaping how we work, build, and deliver value. Teams came together to explore how artificial intelligence can drive smarter decision-making, accelerate development, and simplify complex workflows.

The focus wasn’t on hype. It was on real, practical impact. From AI-powered code reviews that reduce friction in development cycles, to intelligent productivity tools that automate repetitive tasks, the projects reflected a clear theme: AI as a force multiplier. By embedding intelligence into our internal processes, we're freeing up time and attention for what matters most — solving meaningful problems and building better solutions.

We’re also grateful for Amazon Web Services that helped our teams build the right foundation for this journey. Also, to our incredible team: thank you for your dedication, creativity, and passion for innovation.

One of the most exciting outcomes of the hackathon was seeing how quickly ideas turned into working prototypes. Teams identified ways to improve engineering velocity, elevate the quality of deliverables, and make collaboration more seamless — all in service of a more agile, responsive organization.

The benefit to our customers is direct. As we apply these AI capabilities across our business, we’re increasing speed without sacrificing quality, bringing innovations to market faster, and building with greater precision. It’s not just about being more efficient — it’s about being more effective at delivering what our customers truly need.
