This set is quite heavy, more than usual glassware! Vereco France written on the bottom of both cup and saucer.
Vereco glass is not only highly collectible, but also very practical because the tempered glass makes it very heat-resistant. This set has a stylised shape and its deep green colour is simply unique!

Vintage Metal Box Made in England with Multicolored Floral Design

This vintage tin container, made in England, is ornate and gorgeous, with a yellow background and blue, violet, pink, green and yellow floral design.

The box dates from around the 1950s / 60s and was probably a tea container. It is shaped like an octagon and has a hinged lid with a double layer for a tight seal. The bottom is white and the inside of the box is gold colored.
