So here comes the end of this year and while this must have been my worst in terms of inspiration and creativity other things are more important in life. If your ego allows you to at least try to bring joy to others even in times where bad luck strikes relentlessly and you wonder what you've done to deserve it, joy might find it's way to you as well in the end. Besides, the joy of giving is enough in itself. Life is often not fair and democratic, ingratitude can be everywhere around us. There are many perspectives as to what happiness is and what is a great way to live life but being negative to others should not be one of them. Perhaps the best way to see life in the end is summed up in this old Greek saying "Do good and throw it to the sea" meaning "do good then forget it completely" adding the phrase of Diogenes "Stand a little out of my sun" to those who are hiding it from you.
