On June 24th, we had the privilege of participating in "Health Monitoring: Transforming Healthcare through Innovation", an event hosted by PERFORMANCE Technologies S.A.

The event showcased the project — implemented by in consortium with Performance Technologies S.A., under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Digital Governance & AI, and ΗΔΥΚΑ - Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση Υγείας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης ΜΑΕ — a national infrastructure that enables the systematic and secure use of health data, fully aligned with the European Health Data Space regulation.

During the panel on Health Data Applications in Healthcare Policy Making, Mr. Yannis Kliafas, General Manager of Athens Technology Center (ATC), highlighted a dimension that is often overlooked: the power of deep social listening and real-time data analysis as a driver of evidence-based decision-making in public administration.

As he explained, the effectiveness of public health programmes depends not only on clinical data, but on understanding what citizens are saying, where their concerns lie, and how narratives — including misinformation — evolve in real time. By combining real-world data with sentiment analysis, public authorities can dynamically adjust their strategies and make decisions that translate into measurable impact.

At , we are proud to contribute our expertise to initiatives of national significance that bring data, technology and public policy together.
