𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁

In June, Athens hosted the kick-off transnational coordination meeting of the Stories Beyond Borders project 🌍

Action Synergy was pleased to welcome partners from across Europe alongside the project coordinator, the Academy of Entrepreneurship, for four days of collaboration, planning, and exchange. 🇬🇷🤝

During the meeting, partners aligned on project objectives, timelines, and responsibilities, laying the foundations for the next three years of cooperation. At the same time, we strengthened partnerships and explored how podcasting, cinema, and digital storytelling can empower young people to engage with identity, democracy, and active citizenship. 🎙️🎬

This meeting marked the beginning of an exciting journey built on collaboration, creativity, and the power of stories to connect people and cultures. ✨

We're excited to share that Efi Theodorakopoulou, one of the MARIAN trainers from Greece, will be a speaker at the 12th International Conference for the Promotion of Educational Innovation, taking place in Larissa on 16–18 October 2026.

During her presentation, Efi will introduce the MARIAN Project, which is co-funded by the EU, highlighting its innovative approach to mathematics education. By combining Montessori principles with creative technologies, MARIAN supports inclusive, hands-on learning in multicultural classrooms, helping children become active learners while reducing learning gaps.

The conference is organized by the Scientific Association for the Promotion of Educational Innovation (E.E.P.E.K.) in collaboration with leading universities across Greece and Cyprus.

We look forward to sharing MARIAN's vision for a more inclusive and engaging future of mathematics education!

📸✨ Share Your Story Through Photography! ✨📸

Action Synergy, in cooperation with Vana Ba Afrika - African Cultural Community, is excited to launch two training sessions on Photography & Storytelling!

We are looking for 10 participants from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and Egypt who are eager to explore photography as a powerful way to tell their migration and cultural stories.

🌍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻?
✔️ Photography techniques and visual storytelling skills
✔️ How to express your experiences, perspectives, and ideas through images
✔️ Creative ways to communicate your personal journey and stories

📷 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Participants will have the opportunity to put their new skills into practice by creating photographic stories based on their migration experiences. The journey will culminate in a public exhibition where participants will showcase their work and share their stories with the wider community.
