As part of our growth, we are seeking an Accounting Officer to join our team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Participation in the invoicing process and support of related tasks
• Support across the full range of Accounting Department operations
• Daily use and updating of the ERP system
• Administrative support and document management for European and National co-funded projects (EU & Nationally Funded Projects)
• Preparation and maintenance of records, files, and supporting documents for projects and audits
• Preparation and monitoring of reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Organization and support of the company’s administrative procedures

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality reports
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
