Great experience contributing to this year’s virology conference in Thessaloniki, with a 2-hour hands-on workshop focused on digital PCR and the capabilities of the platform by QIAGEN.

The session covered key applications of in research and , including absolute quantification, sensitivity in low-abundance targets, and workflow optimization. It was a pleasure exchanging ideas with researchers and laboratory professionals and discussing how digital is shaping the future of molecular analysis.

We recently visited the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology (School of Medicine), at the University of Ioannina for a successful installation and hands-on training of the QIAGEN QIAcuity Digital PCR system.

Beyond the training, we had the pleasure of presenting the innovative dPCR technology and its wide range of applications to faculty members and researchers. From absolute quantification to rare mutation detection, the QIAcuity is set to empower the University’s research with unmatched precision and speed.
