I was unable to set foot on a stage for a while. Too loud were the screams of the unheard in my head and in my mind. They're still louder than my own thoughts, but I have come to find that my private guilt and ever-breaking heart is no help to anyone and protesting, signing petitions is not enough.

While many of us feel hopeless, devastated and broken hearted as to how our western governments are once again allowing and enabling the killing and bombing of trapped and defenseless people with western media at the same time trying to mislead public opinion and to silence all voices that speak up and fight for the oppressed…

I stand with the oppressed. I stand with the displaced. I stand with the murdered.

I reject the economic and power-related decisions of this already crumbling Western world, which is itself responsible for the destruction of its supposed values and does not, as is falsely claimed, defend them.

And as some of my brothers and sisters from The Sonic Interventions bravely stated:
"We will continue to express our hearts and will not be silenced as we are at the core of what it is we are truly here to be doing.
Continue to resist. Take responsibility for ‘our [culture] war’. Speak on your stages with intention. Urge others to join and be fearless. Our unity has dawned and is growing in strength."
