Ο φόβος του να βιώσουμε το ίδιο το συναίσθημα μπορεί να γίνει τόσο βαθύς, που εκφράζεται προς τα έξω με τρόπους που δεν ελέγχουμε, απομακρύνοντάς μας από τον εαυτό μας. Φοβόμαστε το βλέμμα, τη σκέψη και την πράξη των άλλων, τη στιγμή που θα φανεί η ευαλωτότητά μας. Έτσι, προσπαθώντας να χωρέσουμε, θυσιάζουμε κομμάτια του εαυτού μας και στερούμαστε την ελευθερία των συναισθημάτων μας.Ο φόβος, όμως, όπως και όλα τα συναισθήματα, βρίσκει πάντα τρόπους να εμφανίζεται, να βγαίνει στην επιφάνεια, αφήνοντας τα ίχνη του. Τι είναι τελικά αυτό που φοβόμαστε περισσότερο;» - Fear (Fovos) is something we learn to avoid and not express, yet it exists within us, even if only momentarily. The fear of truly experiencing our own emotions can run so deep that it spills outward in ways we cannot control, distancing us from ourselves. We fear the gaze, the thoughts, and the actions of others, the moment our vulnerability shows. In trying to fit in, we sacrifice pieces of ourselves and deny the freedom of our emotions. Fear, like all emotions, always finds ways to surface, to emerge, leaving its traces behind.
