Ευχαριστούμε όλους όσους μας συντροφευσαν στην πρώτη διαδικτυακή προπόνηση και αυτού του lockdown.
Το χρειαζομασταν όλοι όπως φάνηκε.
Σήμερα στις 19:00 η δεύτερη από απόσταση συνάντηση μας για stretching. Κάτι που πολλοί αμελουν καθημερινά, αλλά ίσως τώρα με τις πολύωρο καθισιο στο σπίτι να είναι πολύ πιο αναγκαίο.
